Kelly is the founder of Blue Kangaroo. She is a licensed and certified special education teacher who has been educating and supporting the neurodivergent population in Billings Montana for the last 23 years.
Kelly provides home based consults and treatment sessions for those under 3 years old. She has become certified and licensed in the PLAY Project Intervention, certified in the Level 1 DIR Floortime Framework, and in the EAGALA model of Equine Assisted Learning.

Quinn DeStefano, OTD, OTR/L
Quinn is a pediatric occupational therapist with specialized interests in social cognition, sensory processing, motor development, and emotional regulation. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mary. Quinn is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and is currently pursuing certification in Ayres Sensory Integration® through the Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration (CLASI). She is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful goals through a family-centered, play-based approach and is honored to support clients and caregivers at Blue Kangaroo.”

Jeanann is a graduate of The University of Montana’s Speech Language Pathology Master of Science Program. She is originally from Billings, MT where she attended Montana State University Billings. Jeanann earned her Bachelors in Communications with a minor in Psychology as well as played basketball for the Lady Yellowjackets. For the past four years she has lived and worked in the Missoula/Bitterroot areas as an SLP. Jeanann enjoys working with children of all ages, and is excited to be back in the Billings area to build connections and relationships with families. Her goal is to provide a positive experience for children and their families by educating and collaborating throughout their communication journey. Jeanann loves to spend time with her family and dogs, travel, and be involved in various physical activities.

Alyssa is a pediatric occupational therapist who earned her doctorate at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. While studying, she was a member of a normative data collection team for the Evaluation in Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI) and is currently acquiring her certification in Ayres Sensory Integration® through the Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration (CLASI). Alyssa is certified as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and has training in social cognition, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and more. She is currently soaking up the beautiful chaos of raising 3 kids under 3, which includes a set of twins. Her desire is to partner with families to turn everyday challenges into opportunities for growth.

Anna is a speech-language pathologist who provides therapy to those with autism through social communication, play, and language-based interventions. She has experience in alternative augmentative communication, sensory integration to support speech and language development, cognitive communication, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound disorders, and feeding.

Nancy JM Rice, MA, CCC-SLP
Nancy is a speech-language pathologist bringing over 37 years of experience to Blue Kangaroo. She has gained the status of Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist, is Hanen Certified, and has taken courses on using Social Thinking ™ methodology for assessment and intervention. She has worked in settings including: University, Public Schools; Rehabilitation Center; Non-profit Clinic (director); and Private Practice (co-founder).
